Who is responsible
Responsible for your data is The E-Billionaires Club, CoC 97648639, Paletplein 8, 2526 GW The Hague, the Netherlands. We process your data to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations such as the tax authority’s retention requirement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and misuse.
Which data
When signing up: company name, registration number, VAT number, website, IBAN, name, email address and phone number of the contact person. After that: your requests, top-ups, spend and invoices. On the site: your language choice and anonymous visit statistics.
What for
To assess your application — we check who you are and whether your business fits our terms —, to deliver accounts and credit, to invoice with the right VAT, and to help you by email, WhatsApp and Nina. Not for third-party advertising, and we do not sell anything on.
Where and how long
Your data is held in the EU (database in Ireland). In addition, these parties receive what they need to do their part: Stripe (payments), our account supplier (creating and topping up your ad accounts), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (security and delivery of the site), Meta (if you contact us on WhatsApp) and Anthropic (the assistant Nina, only what is needed to answer your question). We keep invoices and payment records for seven years: the tax authority requires it, and in a payment dispute we have to be able to show what was delivered. The rest we keep for as long as you are a customer and at most two years after that. You can request access, correction or deletion at [email protected].
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, have processing restricted, object, and receive your data in a common file format. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority in The Hague or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
