What does it cost at your spend?
Where your service fee goes: purchasing from the supplier, the payment method, the invoice and help in six languages. Amounts exclude VAT. What you top up lands fully on your account; the service fee comes on top.
Only on the service fee, not on the ad credit. 21 % in the Netherlands, reverse-charged in the EU with a VAT number, out of scope beyond. It is on every receipt and every invoice.
Cards and payment apps carry a surcharge of 2.8 % plus € 0.25; that is the card company’s cost, passed on one to one. Local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA have no surcharge. You see it before you pay.
You can top up from € 50. Some payment methods only become available from a higher amount, because at a small amount they cost more than they bring in; the checkout says so next to the method.
Then you switch packages in the portal, any month you like. On an upgrade you pay the difference right away and get the better terms immediately; on a downgrade we settle it on your next invoice.
